The OZB Big Bag Unloader Unit incorporates a height-adjustable telescopic frame, providing ergonomic advantages for easy bottom opening and discharge control. The twin agitator system, controllable via the integrated control board, ensures efficient discharge.
The system’s programmable working modes cater to diverse requirements, offering flexibility in operation. The composition includes a vibrating bin bottom with sequentially applied vertical and horizontal forces, along with lateral bars for shock impacts and continuous pressure, facilitating smooth discharge.
For accommodating various big bag sizes and materials, the system is equipped with five operating modes, ensuring adaptability to a range of operational needs.
