Mobile Tanker Loading System

Material, discharged from the blade-cut Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC), undergoes a controlled transfer helped by the screw feeder. The material is seamlessly conveyed to the telescopic loading bellow, ensuring a dust-free environment during the loading process into the tanker.

This operation is orchestrated by an electronic control board designed for user-friendly operation. The entire system is efficiently mounted on a mobile frame with four wheels, each boasting a loading capacity of 1.6 T, complemented by two brakes and stationary safety feet for secure positioning.

The system further integrates flexible dust ducting, cabling, and wiring, using “state-of-the-art” galvanized cable trays and universal components to enhance durability and reliability. This comprehensive setup ensures not only efficient material flow but also prioritises user-friendly operation and robust structural support.
