Lump crushers are typically installed at the discharge points of silos and hoppers, as well as at the inlets of equipment such as screw conveyors and rotary valves. Their primary function is to reduce agglomerated bulk material into smaller, manageable sizes before it enters downstream processing.
Standard designs are available with flange configurations suited for 200, 300, 350, and 400 slide valves. These units can be manufactured in either carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on application requirements.
Models LC200 and LC300 feature a single-shaft design, whereas LC350 and LC400 are equipped with twin shafts. All units are supplied with mounting flanges designed to ensure compatibility with corresponding slide valves.
